1. What we use

ABARecords uses only the minimum browser storage needed to run a secure clinical application. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or analytics that identify you across other websites.

2. Strictly necessary storage

  • Session token: kept in your browser's local storage after sign-in so the app knows who you are. It expires automatically and is removed on logout.
  • Security cookies: used by our hosting infrastructure to protect against abuse (rate limiting, bot protection).
  • Preferences: interface choices (like your organization's skin) may be cached locally to render faster.

3. What we do not use

No third-party advertising cookies. No selling or sharing of browsing data. No tracking pixels in the clinical application.

4. Managing storage

You can clear your browser storage at any time; you will simply be signed out. Because our storage is strictly necessary, the application cannot function without it.
