1. The short version

ABARecords sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics follows you across the web. Your browser keeps only what signing in needs.

2. What your browser keeps

  • Your sign-in: after you sign in, your browser keeps a session token in its local storage so ABARecords knows it is you. It expires on its own and is removed when you sign out.
  • Your own screens: some screens keep your unsaved work or display choices in your browser so they load faster. They stay on your device.

3. Sign in with Google

The sign-in page shows Google's "Sign in with Google" button, which loads from accounts.google.com. Google's own cookies and privacy policy apply to that button and to your Google account. When you use it, ABARecords checks that Google verified your email address and uses that address to sign you in.

4. What ABARecords does not use

  • No advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or tracking pixels.
  • No selling or sharing of browsing data.
  • No images loaded from the internet in ABARecords' emails: they travel inside the message, so opening one tells no one.

5. Server logs

Like any website, ABARecords' servers record each request (the IP address, the time, the page and the browser) to keep the service secure. These records are security data, kept as the Privacy Policy describes.

6. Managing it

You can clear your browser's storage at any time; you will simply be signed out. Because everything ABARecords keeps in your browser is needed to sign you in, there is nothing to opt out of.
